Today, every file starts as scattered notes.

Now your client answers once, in their own portal.

Documents and deadlines fold into the same file.

IRCC forms come out ready. You review, then send.

From first consult to submission-ready

  1. 01

    Create the file

Add participants inline, pick the program or a firm template, and seed the forms and document checklist in one screen.

  2. 02

    Collect once

Invite clients to the portal so they upload documents and complete the questionnaire. Review uploads without chasing email attachments.

  3. 03

    Book, meet, and get paid

Clients book on your public page. Calendar blocks busy time, a meeting link is attached, Square or Stripe collects the fee, and a contract can go out for signature.

  4. 04

    Prepare and close

Fill IRCC PDFs from answers already collected, keep signed contracts with the file, and retain or destroy closed files to match your firm’s duties.

No AI. Passport scans stay in your practice.

No AI in the pipeline

Questionnaires, PDF fill, booking, and document review run on software logic. We do not send client files to generative AI providers. Automatic translation, when staff ask for it, covers only text the firm wrote. Client data is not sent.

  • Primary data in Canada

Database, authentication, and file storage run on Supabase in Canada (AWS Canada Central).

  • Encryption that matches the risk

TLS in transit, infrastructure encryption at rest, and firm-level AES-256-GCM for uploaded documents and many identity fields.

  • Your firm’s data stays yours

Access is scoped to each firm. Public booking pages use unguessable tokens with rate limits and expiry where configured.

  • Privacy you can explain

Written to support PIPEDA and Québec Law 25 accountability. Closed files (closed by staff or on a final decision) are kept for six years, matching the CICC minimum, then can be destroyed and recorded in a destruction register. Not a certification, and not legal advice.

Questions from immigration consultants

Is Dossierly for Canadian immigration consultants?

Yes. It is practice software built for Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants (RCICs) licensed by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC), and for immigration lawyers — clients, IRCC forms, booking, and payments in one workspace.

Can I get a demo?

Yes — book a live walkthrough on our calendar below, or start the 30-day trial and explore it yourself with no credit card.

How does the 30-day trial work?

Dossierly is free for 30 days from when you create your firm. No credit card is required.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from Settings → Billing — you keep access until the end of your current billing period, and there's no long-term contract.

Can I transfer my existing client data to Dossierly?

Yes. Send us your client list as a CSV or spreadsheet and our team imports it for you at no charge. We also help you get started one-on-one. Email support@dossierly.ca to start. Your data can leave just as easily: export any client as JSON or any file as a ZIP.

Where is client data stored?

Database, authentication, and file storage run on Supabase in Canada (AWS Canada Central).

What happens to my data if I leave?

Your data leaves with you. Admins can export a client’s data as a JSON file from the client’s page, and any file can be downloaded as a ZIP with its documents, answers, and filled forms. Client and file exports are recorded in the audit log. Nothing is deleted automatically if you stop paying.

What support do I get?

A free onboarding call when you start, a knowledge base on the help page, and email support at support@dossierly.ca — we reply within 48 hours, Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern.

Does Dossierly use AI with client files?

No. Questionnaires, PDF fill, booking, and document review run on software logic. We do not send client files to generative AI providers. Automatic translation, when staff ask for it, covers only text the firm wrote. Client data is not sent.

Can my firm work in French or Spanish?

Yes. Staff and client-facing flows work in English, French, and Spanish.
